Just imagine if all that is listed on your to-do list is “nothing”. I am often discouraged to see a list of unfinished tasks at the end of the day that keeps piling up. I have been tempted to stop writing to-do list entirely and rely on my mental to-do list. Read full story

Here is another exciting news from myTaskAngel, we have been shortlisted for startups awards 2010 in Business plan category. The award celebrates ambitious startup businesses that have demonstrated determination and have made an impact.

The judges look at a wide range of criteria; in particular, business success either by increase in sales and unit volume, market research and identification of customer focus, organisational and team building effectiveness, strategic planning, overcoming obstacles and barriers to success, visionary leadership and social and community responsibility.

Winners will be announced at the award ceremony in London, on 2nd December.

Builder’s scam on the rise

vecman kickThere have been several reported scams from tradesmen who request up front deposit and fail to deliver. The most recent story was of a 62yrs old pensioner who was fleeced out of almost £165,000 and gets just £152 in return. The so called builder exploited the vulnerable pensioner and performed task that were unnecessary.
